Today we are doing a combination of pregnancy yoga & exercises to prepare your body for an easier delivery as well as to ease your aches and pains! This video is designed for third trimester when you belly and baby are growing bigger and it's uncomfortable to fold forward. However it's safe for all trimesters and it's never too early to start. This is great for opening your hips, reducing sciatica, and encouraging baby into an optimal fetal position. I hope you feel amazing after this class!

I did these videos daily during third tri. Had a long labor but made it through all natural with no tearing! Midwife commented on my flexibility when we did positions to help get baby down into pelvis. Thanks to these videos!💕💕

Felt light contractions on the afternoon, then I've delivered my baby by January 11, 2024 at 12:37AM thru normal delivery ❤️

I’m at 35 weeks and this exercise video is exactly what I needed!!! It really works and helps mitigate my aches. It’s not easy and more of intermediate level I’d say. If that’s kind of the exercise you’re looking for, you’re gonna love it as much as I do. ❤ Thanks Jessica for making this video.

I was working out 5 days a week prior to my pregnancy and was very concerned on how I will modify my exercise to sustain my pregnancy, and I came across your channel. Continued with my 5 days a week workout with you: all the way from First trimester till last this week Friday, and now we have our little princess in our arms 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I am in third trimester as well and I follow your videos for exercises and yoga. Although its just a video recording, i do want to say that it still feels like live. Your energy and the way you have created this video almost feels like you are doing with us. Really love doing. Thanks a lot for all your videos and advices. 😊

32w6d and struggling with intense sciatica. This routine has just instantly released my lower back pain like nothing else I have tried so far (and I have tried virtually everything!). Thank you so much, will keep returning to this, especially as the puppy is so adorable 😂

I am 35 weeks pregnant, just started following 3rd trimester exercises .
One of your session on pelvic strengthening exercises helped a lot to relieve pelvic pain and avoided taking pain relief meds. ❤

did this one at 38 weeks on Monday evenning at 5pm and by 11 pm my water broke and recived my girl on Tuesday at 12pm.so helpful
