I’ve felt aweful all day. Sciatica acting up and pregnancy constipation and bloatedness. This video felt wonderful on my poor grumpy body. Thank you so much. It was just the bit of movement and peace that baby and I needed right now. ❤love and light

I so appreciate when you use “left & right” to guide the exercise. It makes it 1000 times easier to follow the work out whilst having a toddler climbing on top of me! Thank you!❤❤

I feel looser, and more mobile after doing these classes. I look forward to doing these streches everyday, and feel more prepared for each trimester, as my body continues to change.

After the deep relaxation, the quotes always bring me tears. I feel so good after I'm done with the session. I am 23 weeks today and your prenatal yoga videos have been giving me so much energy. I have started to feel more confident and less scared about an unmedicated vaginal birth (Im 22 and this is out first baby)
