Last week I shared the exercises I used to prepare for 3 natural and positive (pain-free) births. Today, I'm sharing the stretches that I did daily to get baby into an optimal fetal position, open my hips and prepare my body for a shorter and easier labor. Of course, the stretches also helped get rid of the aches and pains and helped my body feel amazing!

I hear hundreds of positive birth stories now and I love hearing how preparing your mind and body makes such a huge difference in your birth. Of course, I'm so excited for you and I really believe you can have your positive birth and beautiful baby!

I was consistent with your videos for my first pregnancy in 2021 & had a positive birth experience with no epidural and DID NOT tear! On my 2nd pregnancy and while being consistent is harder with a toddler, I am trying my best to stay on top of it! Thank you for such great videos!

Feeling emotional after this. Such a good gentle exercise after severe back pain had me on bed rest for a few days. Made me feel encouraged for when labor does come that I can do it. (5th baby)

37 weeks and this is EXACTLY what I was looking for today! Hoping for a successful VBA2C and have been following your videos since week 5. I love how this video was mostly on the floor, nice refresher for when my body needs movement but rest at the same time. Perfect stretch!

21 weeks tomorrow, im in quite a lot of pain in my hips/back after a day of work and this felt really nice (even tho im stiff as a stick lol)! This is my first baby and im trying to be as prepared as i can for birth and also being a mum. Thank you <3

Thank you for a really good stretch set. If I could ask for some longer breaks between poses, sometimes it is hard to follow you in time with a 9th month belly :)
