I found your channel when I was suffering severe adrenal fatigue after my newborn son didn't sleep through the night for 2 and a half years. I had spent so much time pouring into my children and neglecting myself, and my body just began to shut down. I decided that I would try to find a realistic goal to spend at least 15 minutes a night after my son went to bed doing something good for my body. Your videos have not only helped my body recover, but have helped me build strength and flexibility that I didn't have even prior to having children. I feel physically much better, and mentally much more sound, and I want you to know that I am so grateful for the time and effort that you put into what you do. It was a major step in saving my health.

A year and a half ago I started suffering from my spine, I was in therapy but the pain just wouldn't go away, I was afraid to move. Until I decided to start following this channel, and my life changed completely. I am really very grateful, now I no longer have pain, I can move with more confidence and I feel more flexible and stronger! <3
