Welcome to your 20 min rest day yoga flow. This is a slow and steady full body practice for all levels great for active recovery.

This practice includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to whenever you need to rest and restore.

The sequence includes a gentle vinyasa flow with a little bit of everything to give your whole body some attention in just 20 minutes.

I appreciate how you've put up with the bugs and probably lots of wind noise editing to keep delivering these amazing outdoor yoga videos. With winter coming I understand they won't last forever but I've really enjoyed them while we've had them.

Thank you, Charlie! I needed a bit of active recovery today ( sore muscles plus a nasty blister) - and this was the perfect practice for this sort of day! I feel much better now!👍🌹🙂

I added this since i do cardios daily until i learned that if it gets painful it can be a sign of overworking my body and it can slow down your metabolism so I'm gonna try this 🥰
