Join me for a 20 minute TOTAL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen through your whole body. All you need is a mat and a medium set of weights. Today I'll be using two 10LB dumbbells. This is a low impact routine which means there is NO JUMPING. I'll also be including a super quick warm up and cool down. There are NO REPEATS with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. I really live this 20-minute workout. I woke up every day at 4 am except Saturday and Sunday. Always looking to do your workout because they are doable. During the week I'm ready to do my 8 hour job after doing exercise in the am. Please more like this.💪💪💪

I love a quick full body workout like this! It’s a lot easier to fit into a busy schedule, and just long enough to know it is making a difference. I also like the pace you move through each movement. So many other channels move at such a fast pace that makes it harder to do the exercises with proper form, but I find your slower, more intentional pace to be much more effective.
