I think this is one of your toughest workouts. That bow pose at the end burned me out, but also the eagle poses really challenged my balance. I def have to do this one again. Thanks for always keeping the movements interesting and intense.

I always used to think a “good workout” had to leave me depleted and drenched in sweat. It was so good to move in the total opposite by slow and controlled subtle movements and I feel more energised than I started!! Thank you 🤍

Love the cat above! I was doing good until the boat sequence...I had to take a break there. This is 25 mins that works you like 45! I'm loving these 25-35 min videos. Easy to fit in with no excuses!

This was the perfect balance of stretching and strengthening rolling right out of bed in the morning. I feel so refreshed and energized! & thanks for always throwing in a little challenge, the end was intense! :)

I love your workouts. I am mid 50s; always been active, but not very flexible. Last decade I have migrated to cycling for the biggest part of my workout. Before Covid I went to the gym to maintain a balance as cycling works mostly the lower body. Since Covid, we gave up the gym and I had become very unbalance. My spine doctor told me to do pilates as I was developing a neck disc problem. That is how I found you. I look forward to doing your workouts. I feel so stretched afterwards. I love your positive attitude and how effortless you make it appear, even when I have trouble maintaining balance :). Thanks so much. So far I have done all your beginners and am now doing your weekly exercises. It's really making a difference.
