thanks a lot for those recovery session. Sometimes my workout habits slips through the cracks of a busy life and those recovery session are the best thing I have find to kick start my routine of "moving my body every morning" again.... this is perfect!

I've been having lower back pain lately so I was nervous about doing this but WOW it really helped me feel better. My back pain improves when my core is engaged so this was perfect. Thanks guys.

Thank you for this awesome recovery workout. I really enjoy doing your workouts. I’m 60 years young and workout with weights 3 days a week. I walk everyday and this is really nice for between workouts.

Man, the first one is still my favourite on my weekends off it is a go too. It helps so much with aching muscles and just to keep you in the journey even on your day off. This is so precious... what a gem. Woke up feeling rough and thick after a great day yesterday and overnight, tons of rain... left me feeling thick and sticky. Your choice of moves, your choice of music, and most of all.. your dedication and intention in presenting these for us is SUPERB. You don't just do the workout as if you've done it a thousand times, leaving us in your shadows, but move WITH us, your intent concentration cue-ing us to do the same, to stay focused on our structural integrity, our focus, so much more.
