I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!😘

So I bought Keto because it said eat what you want, no exercise and lose weight....never happened. Thank God my sister told me about Leslie Sansone. I searched and found her on YouTube. In August I was 287 lbs. In October I am 269. The first exercise I managed 7 minutes out of 15 minutes. Now I am doing 20 mins. It takes time but the amazing thing is I am losing weight and feeling stronger everyday. Thank you Leslie. You are amazing. Keep walking and talking...thats the extra motivation

I love Leslie’s videos. I had the DVDs back in the early 2000s and lost 40 pounds. Basically maintained it, but bounced between 10-15 lbs for the last 5 years.I’ve decided to be intentional about my weight & health and decided to dust off an oldie but goodie 😊 My ultimate goal is to get back to her 5 mile video, but I’m content with starting here. Thanks for these free videos. I am 62 yo and was feeling short of breath (SOB) everytime I walk a mile or take the stairs. When I started, I could only do 1 segment of 15 min. After a week of 15 min a day of your program my fitness improved. Now I am doing 45 min to one hour, non stop. I may have lost only a few pounds, (10 lbs) but no more SOBs. I feel great.

I love these videos I can watch here or the ones I bought on my computer. Started with various walking videos over the Summer after I turned 67 and just retired . . . . Hoping to improve my health plus maybe bring down my weight. I've got cholesterol, blood-pressure, and diabetic issues . . . I'm not measuring anything until a year has passed . . . but, my clothes have loosened up a little :)
