To all those who find walking relaxing and effective in burning calories, now there's a video you can follow along to to do walking exercises anywhere you are!

This is a 15-min walking video, with variations, that is equivalent to walking one mile--and now you can do this in the comfort of your own homes!

This is not your ordinary walking video exercise. This also contains variations to keep you engaged and interested! We have Arm Kicks, Kick Backs, Mini Squats, and a whole lot more so I'm sure you'll really enjoy doing this workout!

OMG!! What a wonderful find. I am 71 yrs old and I was searching the web for exercises that I could do. These animated routines are easy to follow, it's like putting WD-40 on my old joints to get them moving. I actually enjoy doing the different routines. I thank God for you Roberta!!!

This workout save my life after so much suffering after meal, working in front of the computer in a whole day. I got headache, pain and strain all over my body, and sometimes weird heart rhythm, and the digestion is very bad that it ruin all my sleep. But after this workout, everything is so much lighter!

I do this in the morning, along with a 10 minute arm workout and a 10 minute collarbone workout, 20 leg raises, 120 bicycle rotations, squats and crunches - I repeat this at night as well and I've seen the biggest difference in only two weeks. And it only takes just over an hour each time. It's really worth it!

I honestly love it, after doing this twice a day and a full workout daily for 2 or 3 weeks I have lost 2.5 Kg!!! Thanks Roberta, I didn't follow any diet, I just stayed away from too many cars and sugary fatty foods, and replaced all drinks with water!!!

I know it doesn’t sound real but these are my favorite videos from Roberta’s gym.I also did a 20 min cardio with this.I did these every other day for 2 weeks and I lost 4.6 kg it has been amazing. Thank you Roberta’s gym. I love you so much Roberta 💖

I have been following this for a while alternating between her thigh workouts, so far on my last weighing I have lost 9lb, due to weigh myself Monday, thank you for these workouts it has helped me alot... X

I m obesse and weigh 143 kgs.
Doing this twice daily for three days.
Now I feel easy to move.
I mean instead of asking someone to bring water I go myself and take it.
Easy to work out. I want mobility first. Hope it will help me carry myself easier
