“What.Just.Happened?!” Sarah Beth, I love how you make me hold a pose without even knowing it because you explain it so well and teach me how to engage whatever body part is needed. By the time you’re done explaining, I held the pose several breaths already. You are so brilliant is injecting humor in otherwise deeply engaging poses while saying the best reflections (without sounding cliched). Thank for starting my day right!
