I´ve attended all of our workouts so far and can't think of one I didn't enjoy. They are super effective and a great way to keep yourself fit and healthy. You are motivating but not annoyingly pushing. Thank you so much for creating those videos for us. 🍀❤️

I'd like to emphasize how good and effective pilates is.

I have been into HIIT and weight training classes for a few years. Never been aware of my posture only after I discover pilates. I started by doing Nicole's pilates series regularly. I noticed it improved my workout performance. I lift heavier weight and move better in Hiit class.

I always make sure to do a 30min pilates session plus some mobility drills a day before my Body Pump class. I feel my form is getting better and my core never felt this strong!

Also some clues that Nicole uses are really helpful, like thinking about dropping shoulder blade down towards hips, tucking your hips under, etc.

I almost never do upper body or arms, because I know that's my weakest area but I decided to give this a go. I made it through the whole routine! So proud of myself and thank you for making these both challenging and achievable. 💋
