Thanks to Nicole’s playlist I get to revisit old routines that I love so much. I’ve done almost all of her resistant band workouts but this one for some reason is one of my favourites! Perfect amount of burn, fun mix of exercises, lovely stretches and a full range workout. Nicole is my absolute idol and a beautiful person in and out for how much she has done for the Pilates community, beginners and advanced alike. Nicole if you’re seeing this, know we all wish you the happiest of days everyday!

That bridge set laying on the mat with the band, especially the clam move with the leg what a killer! I loved every minute of it.

I just wanted to leave a wee comment saying how much I ADORED this workout! I was diagnosed with PCOS at the beginning of this year and I’ve made a lot of life changes following this. One being Pilates workouts rather than HIIT. This has genuinely been my favourite workout I’ve done so far and I felt SO good all the way through it (even though it was so challenging!). Thank you for sharing these videos 🥰🤍

This was amazing, especially the bridge series and the arm series. I would love to see more with bands, especially for an arms workout because that is the area I always feel least inspired strengthening! Thank you for all that you do!!
