I've been doing this stretch routine for about two weeks now, and on day one I could barely reach my shins with my legs fully extended and now I can easily reach my toes!
I feel incredibly empowered :)

Hi,

I am from India, and we are under complete lockdown since Tuesday this week, so have been following your channel and did some of your workouts. They are really great and easy to follow... and they are amazing for a home workout - especially since I cannot get out at all.

Just one suggestion - since a lot of places in the World are under lockdown - it would be good to have a full week routine - maybe 45 min - an hour everyday. Without equipment - and concentrating on different parts of the body daily and maybe mixed with a few HIIT full body explosive workouts. That would just be amazing!!

Thanks so much for these videos during these testing times.

I do workouts from a few trainers here on YouTube, and your stretch routines are the best by far, Maddie. I love that you included stretches for the neck and wrists. Most trainers neglect those areas. Very comprehensive stretching, and thank you for uploading so many routines.

I do this video almost every day. I love the feeling of kicking off my sneakers after a workout and relaxing with this stretch routine. I have it memorized by now but I still play the video in the background because it's nice to just turn off my brain and be guided through the stretches. Love this video too because it's the perfect length to feel super rejuvenating and I always have time to fit it in. Overall 10/10

Love all of your no equipment workouts and stretches, they are amazing! Could you do a post-run strech or a stretch routine that focuses on the legs? I combine at-home workouts with running and would love to cool down from my runs with some stretches too! Thanks!
