I absolutely LOVE this workout! It might end up being my new favorite. I couldn't figure out why my 5 lb. weights felt so heavy. As I finished the workout, I took a look at them and realized that I had accidentally grabbed my 10 lb. weights instead. Yeah, I definitely won't make that mistake again.

Been doing all of your standing ab workouts (2-3 in a row) while my arm is in a cast this summer, and it truly has been the best way to stay active while injured! This one is especially my favourite. Thank you for sharing!
