If you work out in the morning everyday then you're one of the few people who start their day right.

That's because morning exercise boosts your metabolism and improves circulation - giving you energy for the whole day, while also getting you in shape and fit.

Today's total body workout is designed to work all the major muscle groups in your body and it must be done every morning, for at least 3 to 4 weeks.

This is the way to give your day a jumpstart, burn calories and get fit in just 11 minutes a day!

I'll be doing a calorie deficit diet. With 30 minutes of elliptical and this morning workout. Let's see how it goes!! * Fingers crossed *
Day 1: Exhausted, sweating, couldn't do the knee pushups, but done ✅

Starting my journey:

Day 1: I took longer breaks than which were assigned. And couldn't do knee pushups. Rest exercises were approximately right. Current weight is around 80.1 kg

Day 2: I did 5 minutes of 16 mins summer rapid results. And 2-3 minutes of standing workout for weightloss in morning

Day 3: i did 16 minutes of standing workout for weightloss. (I ate pizza yesterday because of an event)
I'm not eating junk, but sometimes it becomes inevitable.

Day 4: 16 minutes of standing workout done
(I ate noodles yesterday :( )

Day 5: 16 minutes of standing workout
(I am actually everyday somehow consuming a bit of junk, like a bit fried stuff, today a bit of white rice)

Day 6: 16 minutes of standing workout.

Day 7: 16 minutes of standing workout

I started at 178 two weeks ago. Now I’m 170. Lost 8lbs in two weeks, do this every morning after I get my kids settled and drink a lot of water and not a lot of juice. I eat whatever I want but I don’t over eat.

Update : 164 1 month and a week after.

DAY-1- did this workout+ 15mins post cardio stretch! It doesn't look that difficult but definitely tires you out!

A great starting point for me.. With my work day ahead i only need 10-15 min different excersises. My work is a lot of standing bending & lifting too.

So I started doing those exercises 2 days ago but today was the first time I finished all the exercises without stopping. Will let everyone know the result after a month wish me good luck guys.... hopefully I will finish whole month with some good results 🙏

I am post car-accident (2018) with nerve damage in my neck, right shoulder, back and right groin (made worse by surgery with damaged nerves in my right quad)... I have had about 2 yrs of rehab and while I may never walk properly again I have found that, with lockdowns in COVID, my mental health was really struggling (isolation on my own is so hard)... so I came to YouTube... and I have a few different work out videos I like - when I found this one, I thought it seemed a bit weird watching an animation... but what I LOVE about this is the timing, the rest and the fact that I can modify these all to suit my capability and there is time to reposition. I can only exercise every other day as part of rehabilitation (too much does not help). Still, I find I am feeling so much better mentally, and I am noticing that my muscles are starting to appear, and I am down a little bit in weight. These are actually quite fun and easy enough to learn to do, and I am enjoying them!!! Especially just 11 minutes -- its doable. :-) ** One critisicm -- the ads. I would prefer no ads as they interrupt the exercise :-(
