I love this workout. Everytime I do it after waking up it's like "Aaargh I don't want to wake up, I want to sleep all day" evolves to "Oh, what a wonderful morning"

Love this video and all your Beginner, Morning easy workouts. I've been watching them since last spring and they completely changed how I feel and look. Who knew stretches can be so powerful and strengthening. What I really like about them is that they are easy enough to do even after a break and that's what makes them doable. Most of us don't stay in shape consistently enough to advance too much. If you do, keep going. These series are for me and love them. Haven't been able to stick to anything else. Keep going I look forward to your next ones. ❤

Great workout Monika I love it. Thank you for sharing. I am so grateful that ur exercises are free. I exercise with you every morning for about an hour. I started back in April. It wakes me up and gets me going. I notice my legs are so strong and getting muscular. Thank you Monika for all you do for us at home.

Although these are feel good movements, some of the exercises were surprisingly challenging - the full body stretchy ones were especially great!

Wow this is the first time I finished an online workout without checking how much is left for the video! I’m so glad I found this video because I don’t have an exercise mat and this simple exercise is super easy to follow. I think I heard many clicks on my joints while doing this 🤭😂
