I’ve been doing this routine every morning for two weeks and omg!!!! Before this my body used to be really tense and sore and now my body is relaxed with no tightness. Thank you so much for this routine 🤍

I'm doing this 20-30 minutes after my breakfast, because when i woke up i just meditate and do a 10 minute walk, then make myself a breakfast, rest for about 30 minutes and just eat, then have this amazing light morning stretching and i like it so much, it's just perfect! Thank you, Mrs!

just tried this routine once and I realize how bad my flexibility is but wow the stretches feel really good on my back! the routine is simple enough that I don't feel like I'm overdoing it. I'm gonna try to do this every morning now, thank you for this.

This is by far my favorite morning stretch routine. I’ve been doing it about 3 times a week for a month or so. It definitely wakes me up, making me feel refreshed and ready to go but calm.

im not kidding, this routine SAVED my knees!! i had a bad knee injury from being a nanny who pulls kids around a city all day in a wagon. it would constantly crackle, especially on stairs. and it hurt constantly. started doing this around a month ago and i just noticed today how much less crackling there is. and no pain!! thank you so much!

Day 4 of doing this routine in the morning and I feel fantastic. Combined with a focus on nutritional eating and movement throughout the day, I have dropped a little weight, feel so much more energized and noticed a mood improvement. THANK YOU!!!

Day 1 of doing this every morning 🩷 feels super good

Day 4 currently, i started also doing another stretch routine every morning along with this one, and all of the soreness i used to have all day is almost gone. Definetly gonna keep doing this!

Day 7: im getting so much more flexible and i no longer have lower back pains during the days! I love this, its become such a big part of my morning routine

I started this routine 3 days ago and I really feel good doing it. It stretches your body without feeling pain after the exercises. I will keep doing it and will post my feedback on more 2 weeks

Thank you so much for making this. Recently, I've won a battle with depression and I'm working on fighting anxiety and learning to live with autism, and sometimes, when I'm having a bad day, I follow your exercise to help clear my mind and relieve my stress, and it makes me feel good physically, too. I started college a few weeks ago, and I plan to do this every morning. Also, I think this exercise will help improve my attention span when I'm at college. Thank you very much for this video, and sorry if there are any spelling mistakes. ❤

So I'm starting over with my self-love journey, and I wanted to start with a fresh new workout routine altogether, and this video was first to pop up for morning stretches. This workout is really great and went by fast, this will definitely be added to my routine for this month! ( I haven't been consistent the first 12 days so I'm starting over and hopefully I'm consistent this time)

Anyone else finds it difficult to do these without seeing it and just listening ? I had to hold my phone up and might have done them wrong because my neck hurts like hell 😮 been doing these for 4 days every morning i feel more energised :)
