HELLO FRIENDS, This is a leg dominant workout, with a few upper body exercises.

Who’s ready for a 30 minute FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout! ⭐️
In today's workout I will be explaining each exercise in the 30 sec rest time, we are going to work for 45 seconds on each exercise and 30 seconds REST, 24 different exercises;

1. Squat with Kettlebell
2. Squat Press
3. Kettlebell Deadlift
4. Wide Stance squat
5. Kettlebell swing
6. Lateral Lunge
7. Lunge Backward
8. Swap Sides
9. Split Stance Romanian Deadlift
10. Swap Sides
11. Clean and Squat
12. Swap sides
13. Romanian Deadlift for 4 counts
14. Romanian Deadlift for 2 counts
15. Squat Side Shift
16. Squat - Extend - Squat
17. Kettlebell Halo
18. Figure 8
19. Butterfly Thrusts
20. Glute Bridges
21. Glute Bridge Pulses
22. Russian Twists
23. Overhead Crunch
24. Assisted V-Sit Leg Extension

If you are a beginner, try performing each exercise in front of a mirror to practice correct form. If you are new to weight workouts please choose a light weight until you are confident your technique is right. Correct technique is very important for your health and safety.

Did this workout today - after a few months of not doing strength work - and I'm so grateful that the body remembers!! Made it all the way through (admittedly with breaks a bit longer than they should've been...hehehe). I'm glad to have returned & found Roxanne still trying to kill (aka "push") me with her workouts:)

Great workout, and challenging, but very little upper body outside of the tri-halos. Not being critical but more of a leg/ab routine. I wouldn't have done it if I had seen it was mostly legs- I like full body!

Great workout Roxanne. Just a few feedback - i think you should label this as beginner. i don't think this is a full body workout. You're energy is great and the workout was great. Would love more from you, maybe with a 45s/15s split and a focus on the upper body also.

Hi Roxanne. I’ve just started working out again and using kettlebell which I truly enjoy. It was a great workout and bonus having all the demo and explanations before each excersize as this helps with injury prevention and to execute the excersizes well. Thank you.
