I did this consistently for 25 days and lost 8kg with intermittent fasting really cool. All the way. FRom 100 im 92kg now .

I am 65 kgs. I want to lose 10kgs and want to become 55kgs I hope this works. I will do this for 1 month.
Day 1 - done ❤️
Day 2 - done. I did not do exercise for a long so, My thighs hurt when I do this but I did not give up
Day 3 - done. I still have pain in my thighs
Day 4 - feeling good, My thighs are not hurting
Day 5 - I took some break in between but still today I completed day 5. My body weight is reducing day by day

I started this yesterday and still had cramps in thighs and in hips. First day was kind of hard especially those u boat hold but today it was surprisingly easy. Even that back stretch wasn't that hard like yesterday. I hope to see results from this workout. I will maintain consistency this time 😤
