Tap in with us for a 30 minute full body dumbbell workout if you're looking build strength/muscle, endurance, and burn a lot of calories! All you need is a soft surface and a moderate to heavy pair of dumbbells . This workout is broken down into 2 total sets of 10 exercises with each set containing different variations of the same movement patterns. There are no big modifications for this workout but we recommend reducing the weight or even dropping to bodyweight if necessary. We recommend doing this workout at least 2-3 x per week for if you're looking to build strength/muscle mass and lose body fat. This workout was no joke 😮‍💨. I was feeling down bc I have not been as active and eating junk but this workout made me feel so strong and motivated to get back to the grind!

This workout is killer but the structure of the workout is even better. J&L have found the perfect recipe for at home workouts. As a follower, all my questions were answered.

I completed this workout after not properly exercising for a long time and BOY it’s been 2 days and I still can’t walk down the stairs properly 😂 Doing it again tomorrow! I will be strong!!!

I’m 20 weeks pregnant & turned 40 today! I just finished this workout using 5lb & 8lb dumbbells. I completed the workout with 90% accuracy. Modifications included propping up pillows for slight incline, pregnant ladies should avoid being straight on their backs. And of course I had to build up to get this point with OB’s approval! Just want to inspire my pregnant gals you can do this too with caution and listen to your body ALWAYS!! Thank you J+T!!! ❤

I’ve been doing your workouts for a little more than one year (3 times a week) and those are the only ones i do because they’re so efficient and there’s no useless talking or annoying music in the background (the music you choose is always awesome) and again this new session is great. At first i was like “only 15 minutes because it’ll be too long” but i ended up doing it entirely and it didn’t feel like 30 minutes because it was amazing. I always talk about you two to my French friends and my colleagues (convincing them they don’t need to understand you to follow your workouts, besides subtitles exist 🤣) and sometimes on my social medias because you deserve to be known so thanks to you again ❤💪🏼

Former gym rat here and postpartum mommy. This entire channel is life. I’ve been doing pretty much every exercise on their channel. They’re amazing. They break down every workout tell you where you should feel it to make sure your form is right and what muscles your working between every workout. I feel like my form is so much better than it was back when I was super fit. Besides that they use music with an actual beat instead of some generic techno music. Plus they’re pretty much the cutest couple ever love their the positive vibes they bring to every video. Considering purchasing their app because I just love them.

I’ve been doing your 60-minute workouts so I tried this for an hour (did each round twice) and thought I wouldn’t be able to finish it but I did!!! It was so challenging but felt so good after!! Great workout as always! Keep it up guys! ❤️

Week 3 Day 1 done! Used 15lbs for the workout. My arms aren’t ready to hold 20lbs for lower body exercises just yet but I’ll get there. Great start for the week.

You both are awesome. I'm newly 70 years old and working on building muscle mass as well as doing good nutrition. This work-in is challenging and strengthening. I'm ready to go from 5lbs to 10 (yeah a light weight, but it's all good!)
