Hey guys,

Woohoo! It’s our last week of wellness month! Can you believe that? I feel like these last few weeks went by so quickly! I hope you guys have enjoyed it as much as I have! Here’s another Pilates inspired ab workout that I love to do at home when I need to strengthen and tighten my core. Me before the workout: Ooo Pilates, this will be easy.
Me during the workout: Ahhh! Why does it burn so bad!! It’s only 5 minutes!
Me after the workout: wow, that actually felt really nice.

I have done this for 1 month and it works (I saw results in 3 days) I am a very small person, when i eat, my belly grows lmao. since doing these exercises I can literally eat whatever I want and I won't have a belly anymore, it works!

Pilates is the classy pretty workout that hurts more than an aggressive rough hit workout but the results are amazing

ITSSS MY 14th DAYYY YALLLL (I see a difference like my stomach is more ‘toned’ and I can feel my abs coming) gonna do for longer probably gonna do until summer its fun and easy **also I do only this work out because I’m always busy with school***

i did this for 6 days and i already removed 10 cm/ 4 in from my waist and lower belly, it's incredible. thank you so much💖

i'm gonna do 14 days
day 1: i almost DIED, especially in the plank position. it burned a lot but i enjoyed it. ✅
day 2: the first exercise was really painful but the plank was easier. ✅
day 3: it was overall much easier. it burned less and i could hold the first position without that terrible sting. ✅
day 4: today it was a bit harder lmao but it was still less painful than day 1/2. i also feel like i'm less bloated! ✅
day 5: it almost didn't burn at all!! i feel less bloated!! ✅
day 6: it's shocking how much easier this is getting! ✅
day 7: everyone is saying how my abs are getting more toned. i have a natural hourglass body shape but my waist looks much smaller. i lost 1.2 inches off my waist ✅
day 8: ✅
day 9: ✅
day 10: ✅
day 11: ✅
day 12: ✅
day 13: ✅ (one day to go? woah)
day 14: ✅
i lost around 3 inches off my waist. my abs seem much stronger and firmer. i 100% recommend doing this, and i would totally do it again ✅
(p.s i also lowered my carbs)

i've been doing this for over a week and yess omg, my lower belly fats are almost gone. ( My body is petite but I get fats at my lower belly very easily) didn't expect this 5 mins workout to be tht effective

I’m on day 7 and i’ve really started getting better at all of them, there’s less of a burn and i can hold my planks for longer

1. 100s (she did more than 120) - hold for 10s
2. Crunch 10 times (she did 11)
3. Cross 10 each (she did 14 & 10)
4. Extend legs to the side 10 times (she did 12)
5. Leaning to the side 10 times (she did 15)
6. Toe taps 10 times
7. Plank 10s - 10 forward - 10s

Day 1 🌸 - Just managed to go through! Why does my neck hurt in first exercise?
Day 2 🌸 - Still very hard! Upper belly burns!
Day 3 🌸 - Tried to pull my chin to my chest to reduce the neck pain.
Day 4 🌸
Day 5 🌸
Day 6 🌸
Day 7 🌸
Day 8 🌸 - It's no longer that hard!
Day 9 🌸
Day 10 🌸
Day 11 🌸
Day 12 🌸
Day 13 🌸
Day 14 🌸

After 14 days, I got neither abs nor flat belly. One achievement is, however, that the workout feels easier now, which means, my muscles got stronger. I'll do this few times a week from now on. I think I just need to reduce stress and sleep more to get flat belly.

Let me tell you... I did this workout for 6 days consecutively and my tummy was tight! I didn’t have abs but I found myself keeping my core tight as I walked around & unconsciously sucking it in!

doing for 2 weeks at the end of my workouts (results up)
(i also jump rope every other day)
measurements:
waist- 29"
lower belly- 32.5"
Day 1: ✅
Day 2: ✅
Day 3: ✅
Day 4: ✅ (didn't jump rope i got lazy, but my core felt a lot stronger compared to the first day)
Day 5: ✅
Day 6: ✅
Day 7: break day (i usually dance or take a walk/jog for 30 mins)
Day 8: ✅
Day 9: ✅
Day 10: ✅
Day 11: ✅
Day 12: ✅

results:
waist- 29"
lower belly- 31.5

so my waist didn't change but my lower belly did which is cool. just keep in mind i wasn't eating well bc i ate a lot of chocolate from valentines day and my diet wasn't as good as it usually is. i'm also not sure if there was a visual change because i'm just bad at seeing things like that lol. i'm going to continue doing this every once in a while because it definitely helped me become stronger!
