Hi everyone!!! Here’s a short, fun and intense ab workout targeting the linea alba or midline (The line that goes down the middle of your stomach). I promisse you that this WORKS!!! its only been a week doing this workout .. amazin results, i will keep doing the routine cause i wanna see even more results. I recommend you guys to do a reducing massages to your abs cause its helps to see better results, and a good diet .

going to do for 2 weeks and update daily.
day 1- completed I felt the burn lol.
day 2 - burning still started to see some tightening of my upper abs.
day 3 - started to feel it in my lower abdomen.
day 4 - complete. less of a burn starting to notice results.

ok so i forgot about this like a year ago so here we go again, ima try aim for 30 days:
day 1 - i did it once, it killed on the end plank hold

I am not gonna lie I was skeptical because of the length of the workout (and I don't say you have to work your core for hours to get results) but I regret having any doubts!! I wanted something short for today's workout and this burned like crazy! Amazing ❤
