I love these 5 mins ones when I don't have a much time. Or do a dance workout and throw this in at the end for an abs hit.

Doing it for 2 weeks!! ( Not skipping any days) ACCURATE RESULTS!!

Day 1: ✅ Doesnt hurt.
Day 2: ✅ HURTS A LOT. I can feel the upper part of my abs forming and can see it a bit. Did twice, second time didnt hurt as much 😢
Day 3: ✅ Felt good, didnt hurt as much as yesterday. I SEE RESULTS!!!
Day 4: Hurts alot! Same as yesterday.
Day 5: Doesnt hurt. Seeing something not sure if its my imagination 😢😢
Day 6: same thing
Day 7: same
Day 8: saw something 🤨🤨

Sorry for not updating but after doing it for 2 weeks I could see it!!

Update after 4 months: missed a few days otherwise looks great!!

This is my first time trying an ab workout ( I usually do full body workouts) my belly hurts so much I had to pause and rest then get back to it. It's not easy for me but I'm determined

I love Maddie so much!!! I have been doing her for 2 years now and i cant find anyone even close to as good. ❤ The funny thing is, Maddie used to go so fast when doing all of her excercises and now, she moves much slower and explains everything as she goes. Maddie, you have improved your videos so much and they are just super enjoyable and leave me feeling good about myself. Keep up the great work!!! You never fail to please me 🎉❤😊
