So don’t get me wrong, I love Chloe Ting, and her workouts are excellent. But I just found Lilly a few days ago and I feel like they are more effective for me personally. Chloe’s workouts really did make me sweat, but I can actually really feel my abs burning in Lilly’s workouts and it overall feels like it is having a bigger effect/impact. Love them both though and huge props to them for their dedication and commitment xx

Guys I've been doing this for weeks now and I see a huge change in my waist and my abs. I have become more toned and my waist have gotten smaller. I do this workout 2 times in a row as well as a vicky justice 11 line ab workout. Keep going guys, the results are amazing and dont give up <3

im a teenager. female. very overweight. this is difficult for me to admit however i will write this for those of you struggling with weight too.
i did this workout followed by a 20 second plank and some basic stretches after that.
day 1: feel very weak straight after. drank water feeling a bit better. very jelly. my core is defo weak aha
Day 2: only did half of them due to low mood but found it a bit easier. thank you so much for all the support it means the world to me ❤

Just a tip, whenever y’all do bicycle crunches, do it very slowly and you can really feel it in your obliques as opposed to doing it fast! It’s a killer

I'm 5'4 and 125 pounds I'm not trying to lose weight just trying to gain muscle. I'll tell you the finished result in 20 days. I’m going to do this twice a day.
Day 1: done
Day 2: done
Day 3: done (it burns)
Day 4: done

I didn’t feel like writing done for every day but I’m super happy with results! I think I only need to do this one more week to have what in want but it works! I did this workout 2 or 3 times a day and I can see the lines coming in! I love these videos and I’ll get back to you in another week!

Well, today I've finished the 20th day or this routine. Parallel I was doing the Intense Abs 30 Day Challenge. The results are amazing: in about a month I've lost almost 3 kg and my waistline has changed dramatically. I really can see those 11 line abs! I want to be honest: I didn't do only this. I've been training regularly and quite hard for years but still wasn't happy with my tummy, specially after having a child. I'm not a beginner; more likely intermediate-advanced. I don't say advanced while there are some tricky moves for really flexible people that I can't do. In any case, I think it's really Lilly's abs workouts that made such a difference! I'll definitely keep up!!! Thank you so much, Lilly!!!

Ima comment to keep me accountable and track my progress for the full 20 days:
Day 1: ✨ First day DONE it wasn't too bad but I definitely took a couple breaks in between exercises and struggled to complete the full 30 seconds sometimes.
Day 2: ✨ Second day down let's GO. It was much easier today. Only paused during the routine twice.
Day 3: ✨Done
Day 4: ✨Done! Felt a lot easier by today and didn't pause a single time.
Day 5: ✨Done
Day 6: ✨Done
Day 7: ✨Full week done! Easier every day and I already see more definition and feel stronger
Day 8: ✨Done! Today it was so easy the workout felt like 2 minutes. Push through guys :)
Day 9: ✨Done
Day 10: ✨Done

I finished 20 days. I took 2 of those days as rest days.
Results: I did not gain super defined abs. I did not lose any inches off my waist. I did not lose any weight. I did not have a drastic transformation. HOWEVER, what I did gain was the following: nice and noticeable 11 lines and tremendous core strength. The routine got so much easier as the days went by and that is because my core was getting stronger. I also noticed that my other exercise routines were easier. I think this comes with also having a stronger core.

As someone who doesn't like doing ab workouts, this 4 minute workout is just what my body needs for maintenance.

Day 1: ✅ abs were burning. Had to take small breaks before each exercise. It was a bit hard to follow one exercise after the other because of how fast paced it goes. In retrospect, I should have watched the video before doing the workout so that I was familiar with the exercises. Still a good workout. Will report as I go.
Day 2: ✅. Abs were a little sore but the exercises were easier to follow this time. Make sure to engage your abs and protect the neck!
Day 3: ✅4 minutes went by fast today. Still feel the burn half way through.
Day 4: ✅ the burn is there but so much easier to do today. The 11 is starting to peek through 😌
Day 5: ✅ active rest day. I practice 20-30 minutes of yoga (Yoga with Adriene) everyday. Today I did not do the ab video. Did a gentle yoga practice.
Day 6 - 9: ✅ 🙃. Nothing exciting to report here.
Day 10: ✅. Half way through. No breaks and I transition with ease in between exercises.
Day 11: active rest day. Light hip yoga today. Even though this isn’t a super intense workout muscles need time to recover if you want to see progress (I’m not a personal trainer, just from what I’ve read and experience)
Day 12: ✅ so much easier after a rest day.
Day13: ✅ today I was able to do the workout without following the time. I mute the video. I did it based on repetitions. I’ve trained myself to know my body and how much is 30 seconds. Same speed as if I was doing it with the timer. The countdown makes me anxious. Give it a try! It made the workout more enjoyable
Day 14 - 20: ✅ it was a breeze and easier as the days went by.

i prefer these videos to chloe ting so much, they have the same exact effect but chloes workouts last hours and require so much more time, this four minute workout has saved me so much time and effort but i still get the same perfect results 😍

I've just started this workout and personally find the 30sec timer noise really helpful.
Im going on a mile run then doing this three days on then a rest day and so on for 21 days. Will keep everyone updated on results

I think the 11’s are better than a 6 it’s more feminine looking for me

I just started this and I'll keep you updated.

Day 1: Great, just a little hard at the end but able to push through 😃
Day 2: The same as day 1, getting a bit easier
Day 3: Got through everything. A bit sore but its ok😊
Day 4: Completed. Can see very slight changes
Day 5: Took a rest day
Day 6: Did the workout twice 💪
Day 7: complete. Some changes to the lower stomac
Results: I forgot to update for the rest of the days but I finished this workout on Tuesday. And I can say that I did get quite results. Not as defined abs as I wanted but there is definitely some definition. I didn't really change my eating but I definitely started to drink more water

If you are starting off with a flat stomach & wanna tone do this for 21 days straight your stomach will look like hers. However if u decide to stop when u get the results do some maintenance workouts because I have to start from square one. Yikes.
