Here is an outdoor slow yoga hip opening video, 15 Minutes Morning Outdoor Yoga Flow Deep Hip Stretch to help anyone with stiff hip and for those who sit or stand at work most of the day and needed to stretch and release tension. a slow easy, hip opening sequence, easy to follow, great for beginners to advance a, 15 minute exercise program , easy to perform, a great way to start in the Morning and gentle yoga good for beginners with different modification to slowly go to a deeper advance Yoga poses and could modify different positions to stretch hip muscles targeting the deep hip flexors the iliopsoas, and it will also help the glutes, hip adductors, hamstrings and low back muscles.
