Hi Mizi, thanks for this workout. I started today and I should say that these exercises are a bit hard for a beginner, but they aren’t impossible.
Day 1: 15 January
Day 2: 17 January
Day 3: 19 January
Day 4: 23 January

Just do what you can whenever you are exercising whether the video is for beginners to advanced eventually you are find yourself getting stronger and stronger, and finally completing the video.

Thanks Mizi! This was a great workout. I'm 71 with a bad knee but was able to keep up! Probably not as well as I did 10 years ago but I'm proud of myself for my accomplishment. Hope to practice with you for another 10

Thanks Mizi for your amazing programs. I am doing your programs daily. I have tried most of those. I have chosen about 5 of them and use alternatively. As per others comments, there are some hard ones. I moderate those according to my abilities. However, I manage to do my best. I feel like Mizi s programs are easy for any age group as well as people with different strengths.

I’ve been done this exercise routinely until now with dumbbell 1 & 2 kilos. It is sweat like crazy and definitely good exercise for fat loss 👍👏😍. Thank You Mizi 🙏🏻☺️

Спасибо, Mizi. То что было надо. Простые упражнения не так просты.
Что-то для меня непросто. Сложно делать упражнения с выпадами, не могу держать баланс.
Буду чередовать упражнения в течение недели и посмотрю результат.
Главно не бросить 😊

so this is the first time trying out MIZI workouts and it was so great❤‍🔥❤‍🔥, after being out of shape for a long time this workout so so friendly. 30min into it and am dripping sweat like crazy😰😰almost gave up but am so proud I kept going. will update on the results as I plan to be consistent with this for the whole two weeks. wish me luck 💪❤ Love from ZAMBIA❤

I hope this is as effective as it looks. I made a special point of saving this for future use because it's not only no-mat and no-jumping but also no-talking. I'm really tired of listening to oh so perky, high pitched, eternal chitchat on exercise videos.
