i've done this before for about 3-4 months and my weight change from 65kg to 57kg!! i'm suprised because i don't do it regularly but i still losed weight and now i'm doing this again to reach my goal and for those who are doing the workout don't quit y'all can do it<333

I am a teenager and I wanna get my life together and be the best version of myself so I am gonna do this workout for 12 days
DAY 1- as obvious it was kinda hard but still I made it to the am gonna continue doing this workout....
Last day (12th day)- I saw huge results....my belly and waist became really tiny....I have a toned yet feminine am really happy with my body...I love myself 🥰🥰✨✨
