Hi everyone!

Hope you are all having a lovely day. Welcome back to day 4 of the 7-day pilates summer challenge for 2024. This challenge offers various benefits both physically i.e improving core strength, enhancing flexibility, achieving a better posture and increased energy levels as well as emotionally i.e. helping relieving stress and improve focus.

All 7 videos are either 15 or 20 minutes long allowing it to be time manageable and fit into all of our busy routines.

I am really liking this summer challenge workout ❤ it's make me feel energetic and good from both inside and outside ❤ I first thought that this whole series is going to be verbal 😅 ( I like verbal series of yours Lidia. Its calming)

5 commercial breaks within 15 minutes. I am all for supporting individuals rather than huge work out companies, but this was excessive.

Loved this workout! And all your others, do you think maybe you could schedule the ads to come on during the 15 second breaks. That way the flow is not broken, thank you for creating this series! ❤

I've been doing Cardio with Chloe Ting for a while now, its been really enjoyable and now decided to try this pilates summer challenge. I've been really liking it up to this point, today's work out has been my least fav. I feel mislead cause you've been talking me through the work outs up to day 2 with breathing techniques, and pointers on how to do the work out properly but now I have to spend time figuring out how to do it and it takes me out a bit from the work out flow state. Also the Ads at really random times is very annoying. I would also prefer if atleast the set name is listed somewhere

I personally enjoyed more when they were guided... Thanks for your video, really. But can you please try to make more guided workout videos... Im new to pilates and your vids helped a lot but then again idk how to control my breath? Thank you ❤️
