This is one of the best HIIT workouts I’ve ever done! It was really hard but at the same time I was able to do each exercise properly and push hard every time. Loved it!

Love love love your workouts! I’m athletic and had a baby 4 months ago and finding time to work out outside of my house is so hard. Your videos have been so amazing. Would love another 40 minute cardio Hiit!

This kicked my butt! But I needed that. Gets your heartrate right up there and that is something not every workout can offer. All in 15 minutes. The repeat times three fierce!

Great short HIIT! Active cal around 130 I used it as a finisher to Jan work out calendar! Perfect way to end a work out!
