Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I've been doing this video pilates workout for the last 7 days and I've got to say my belly looks much more toned! I've also done one of her 20 min pilates and walk/jog for 20 min once everyday for 7 days, good results! Gonna continue this workout.

Omg I have never felt a burn like that! But for the first time, I actually felt great after words! The last exercise was definitely the most difficult! I will definitely be doing this workout again ❤

The workout was worthwhile. My chief complaint is having ads popup while trying to workout. If you have any control over the ads, have ads pop up in beginning and toward the end. Not after workout has already started. That is a frustrating situation. Great workout!!

Oh Lilly!!! This is such a beautiful workout! This week it's TOTM and I realised, pilates is PERFECT for when you WANT to workout but don't want to go crazy with weights or move super fast. I'm having one days. And this workout was so "relaxing" but I still felt like I worked! Thank youuuu! I feelt awesome now!

Hey Lilly, love your workout videos I have been doing them since late 2022. I have never had an ad pop up in the middle, interrupting the timing and flow, except in this video. I figured I'd let you know so you can check out the settings. I don't mind ads at the beginning and end cause I know that's what makes it possible for you to keep giving us your awesome energy and workouts! So thank you for that!

I'm a person who really didn't care about my health and things until recently, so I'm doing this and some cardio to lose weight and get healthier! (Sorry I'm 2 months late lol) I thought I'd log my progress! (Sorry if I forget lol)
Day 1: Very intense, had troubles with some of the workouts, I feel the burn though lol

This was fun but there was exercises 5 & 6 were tough for me! Im feeling the burn in my core n glutes already. The clamshell was ABSOLUTELY TOUGH! You can do it🎉

This has been your first day doing this exercise, you won't give up this time, you can do it.

Here are documentations of how it's going:
Day 1: it was difficult but you made it through the video even tho you kept stopping. You'll make it. Just keep going

YOU MADE IT TO YOUR SECOND DAY GOOD JOB 🎉🎉

Day 2: Yeah it's difficult but you're already adapting to how the exercises feel on your body you're doing a great job. Keep going. You can do it.❤

You made it to day 3 very late but at least you made it, good job.

Day 3: You're doing most of the exercises good job, keep going.

You made it to day 4, could you have done better, certainly you could've. Its fine because you're skinny and because of everything else you do.

Day 4: Youre getting better at this one, you can definitely feel the burn and its easier than the first time you did it. Keep going, you're doing great.

You made it to day 5, you're doing a great job.

Day 5: You're not really struggling with the exercises anymore, it's just the amount of time that you have to do them to, other than that you're trying to complete them and you're doing a great job.

You made it to day 6, and these exercises are getting easier

Day 6: You're definitely better at the exercises than compared to when you first started, you're doing amazing.

Day 6.5, it was something today you got through it with a lot less difficulty and that's great, you're almost at 7 full days so keep it up.

YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A WEEK

Day 7: You surprisingly made it through a week. The exercises are easy now and now you only have 1 more week until you're done with this video.
