This full body pilates & fat burn workout challenge will help burn fat with no equipment needed. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

This is craziest Pilates workout I have ever I was DRIPPING with sweat but I didn't have to do all the hard HIIT exercises. Absolutely love this workout!!!! Thank you, Lilly!!!

Happy Tuesday 6/13/23! I just completed my very 1st wk-out w/Lilly and . . . W-O-W!!! LOVED IT! The workout definitely got my heart rate up, made me sweat and made me burn everywhere LOL! I am 56-year-old woman who unfortunately has not worked out in a very long time!! I really enjoyed this. Thank you, Lilly, for your encouragement throughout the video and for your choice in great music that kept me going! Now, I'm off to the Slimmer Waist and Lose Lower Belly Fat video - wish me luck! I’m gonna keep working at it. I had to stop halfway through because I started to feel lightheaded and almost fell over. Pilates is NO joke.

As others have said, i thiught i was in a decent shape haha. I did this 2 weeks ago and almost died from it, then after bein ill started with some shorter core workouts. Today, doing this again, I felt a massive improvement. Thank you Lilly!

14th august: 1st day done🎉 ✔️ I have Been weightlifting somehow throughout this year but I'm still overweight decided to add pilates to my routine to burn fat 🔥 the first 3/5 minutes I had lots of breaks but the end was kinda easy felt the burn!! LOVE IT!!!
15th august: 2nd day done🎉 ✔️!! It was kinda hard cause i ate a lot today especially the first session, had lots of brakes but still sweated and burned some fat 🔥
16th august: 3rd day done🎉 ✔️ the workout was hard and sweated a lottt
17th august: 4th day done🎉✔️ I really felt the burn in my inner thighs and quads, the abs part was hard I had to take some little breaks (5s) but still sweated 🔥
