I just finished the 21-day holiday challenge and am feeling so inspired by progress and strong. But holy smokes this wooped my ass! I have never enjoyed sticking to exercise as much as I have since finding you Natalie. I feel sexy and confident most days and my boyfriend cant stop staring at my legs and butt which is a win for a girl who has always hidden both. Most important though is my mental health, I have never been so strong physically or emotionally. Thank you so much, my deepest appreciations to you!

My goodness I am 59 years old. I have been exercising every day for almost a year. And your exercise just kicked my butt. I could feel it in my stomach. Thank you so very much I could not do the full thing, but I will work my way up to it. Have a wonderful day.

“Looks easy” is an understatement!! 😅 I weight train and do intense cardio and this workout enlightened me to do Pilates. Felt muscles I’ve been missing through my regular routine. Great work!

Hi Natalie. So much like your exercise. I feel the change in my body after follow your exercise for a month. Just hope you can make a full exercise from warm up to stretch like 60min. That would be awsome too. So much thanks for your video. ❤❤❤
