BullyJuice is a king! Almost a year ago I started following his workouts and doing them regularly and I achieved great results. Somehow having videos to follow makes me consistent with my training and now iam almost at the stage where my abs are completely visible.
when I started I was 185cm tall, 90kg, skinny fat. Now I am 185cm tall, 83kg weight, Muscles visible but not jet super defined as I would like them to be.
Now iam consuming a lot of proteins and low carbs and fat so that I lose fat but keep or gain as much muscles as possible without losing or gaining to much weight. I also started incorporating calisthenics for the past 6 months and the results added up. :) PEOPLE, just keep working out, even if it is 15 minutes a day. It all adds up with time. And also your food diet will automatically improve when you train, because you will be motivated to eat healthier. Its not necessary to eat healthy everyday all the time. If you manage to get to 75% to 80% of your food to be healthy and meet your daily calories goals at least 75% of the time you will see results with time. My happiness improved, my self-esteem, my ego and my confidence! And Bully Juice was what got me here. You probably wont read this, but than YOU!

The amount of confidence this guy has made me regain from his workout is crazy..when I started his workouts in April 2021 I really thought it was for a short period excitement..and here I am two years down the line 2023. I started at 88 kgs very fat and bad in shape..2023 I am happy to say that I am at 63 kgs and very shredded.
