Get ready to sweat and tone your muscles with this 25 minute full body HIIT +workout ABS workout that will have you pushing hard until the very end!

This high intensity workout is the perfect full body workout combining bodyweight exercises for cardio and dumbbell exercises to build strength.

We'll be working through tri-set combinations throughout this entire workout. Completed 3 exercises back-to-back-to-back for 30 seconds each then rest for 30 seconds. We'll alternate between dumbbell tri-sets and bodyweight tri-sets.

Let's work hard and crush this home workout together! Your mind is the only thing standing in your way from starting and finishing this workout, so have confidence in yourself because you're going to own this workout. Let's go!

⏱️ Duration: 25 Minutes + Cool Down & Stretch
🏋️♂️ Equipment: A set of dumbbells and a mat - I'm using 30 lb dumbbells
🦍 We recommend Yo Gorilla Mats Premium Large Exercise Mat, size: 7' x 4' x 8mm.
⏱️ Intervals: 30 Seconds work x3, 30 seconds rest

Just discovered these workouts and this page. Love the intros and instruction before each set, the music and pace. And love how Dan shows he's human too, when he pauses for a few seconds to refill his legs during he jump squats. Whew....great workout! Thank you. Looking forward to checking out more...

This was a nice change of pace. Really liked the balance of dumbbell exercises, to some overall body to abs exercises. Liked the outdoor setting too. Please keep doing what ya do!
