I have been trying to lose weight for a long time . I'm going to try it for 1 month. Weight - 85.65 kg

I took 2 breaks in between to finish this.. It looks so easy but after 10 min one can understand that It's not that easy. I stopped not bcz of tiredness, bcz I was feeling pain on my belly and sides

With the help of this video and exercises I lost 5kilos. I was 89 last week on Saturday and began doing from Monday and yesterday I saw my weight it was 85. Really happy and thanks a lot

1st and 2nd day my muscle hurt a lot but its get better at the 3rd day, also its easier to move and sweat a lot. Thank you coach! ❤

When I watch this I become interested and now I’ve been doing it for many weeks now and it really helps me in my work out. But not only doing work out everyday but a proper diet as well well help you physically healthy and spiritually.
