In this video I share how I get into one of my favorite #stretches called the Chapasana variation of Half Moon Pose: It targets the #hip flexors (of the raised leg) and the #hamstrings (of the standing leg).
This is the perfect thing to do whenever I'm in public or simply don't have a mat and can't go down into a low lunge.
And if this is too difficult, put your hands on a block (or anything higher up than the floor, like a chair even would do!) #Shorts #flexibility #yoga #yogaflow
