NO. Your L5 and area is still compressed. Best stretch is lay flat on floor. Use towel, rope or yoga band to pull foot toward ceiling. Or, lay flat and pull knee toward torso. Spine is neutral in both cases!

Me and my cousin just tried it for like LITERALLY 3minutes TODAY, and IT We could now touch our toes when we try to reach on a sitting on the floor position, or that position that you stand and bend to touch your toes. THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!! 😭💙

Anyways, here is a brownie recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C) and grease a baking pan.
2. Melt 1 cup butter, mix with 2 cup sugar.
3. Add 4 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla; mix well.
5. Sift in 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup cocoa, and 1/5 tsp salt; stir.
1. Optional: add 1 cup nuts or chocolate chips.
2. Pour into the pan, bake 25-30 mins.
3. Cool completely, Cut into squares, and enjoy your brownies!

What if what is truly tight are the ligaments around your knees so you have a hard time crouching? How do you stretch that?!

When you take your heels of the floor all the weight is suported on thr knees. Might be ok if you weigh 50kg like her, but most people with lower back pain are overweight and might bust their knees doing this.

just tried this. I looked more like a spasming burrito.. but a lot of random bones cracked in my legs, so that's a good sign I guess :)
