This practice is a short and sweet 10 minute morning yoga full body stretch for beginners that you can do when you're short on time but still want to wake up your body with a full body stretch.
This sequence is great for stiffness and aches and pains that are so common in the morning. This is a great one to come back to on a regular basis, I hope you'll enjoy it!

I found you because of my IT band problem, which is already hugely improved! Gradually going through your videos and also reading your book! I believe that “when the student is ready, the master appears” or words to that effect.
