Thanks for this extra session today. I did day 9 of the new 14-day challenge this morning and after a full day's work, I was just beginning to flag. Now I've done this 15 minute's session I'm energised and back to feeling like a 10 😊 🎉 ❤

Added to my 15 minute play list. If I’m feeling lethargic and I’m lacking motivation I tell my self to do one of your shorter workouts rather than my usual 30 minutes. Most times, I finish the 15 and then do another one, or a ten minute one and a 5 minute stretch. Cannot recommend to people highly enough to save these workouts in lists of 5, 10, 15, 20 & 30 minutes. Makes it so much easier. At the end of the day, moving your body for 5 minutes is better than no minutes. Let’s face it, we can ALL do 5 minutes minimum!

Cellulite runs in my family and I assumed at my age I’d never be able to tone my thighs & waist. I now have a routine of exercising videos that work on legs, abs, and arms. All of them are fabulous50 s! I enjoy the variety and it only takes 20-30 minutes a day. Amazed at how the cellulite is melting away! I also enjoy fabulous 50 stretch videos. 🌻 Thank you

After 10 days trekking in The Grampians/Gariwerd, I found this was a great workout. I used weights too. It was fun and the music grooved.
