This fast-paced walking workout will be sure to get your heart rate up with ONLY low impact moves!! You will be burning lots of calories and burning fat!

If you stick to it, you will see results! Just stay consistent, I'm here to do it with you, and encourage you so you don't give up!

Over the past 14 months I have lost over 50lbs of body fat just through moving at least 20-30 mins per day, 5 days a week!

You saying "it's better to do 15 minutes than to do no movement at all" reminded me of the saying, "anything worth doing is worth doing half-assed" and I have to CONSTANTLY remind myself of that 💙 Thank you for making these videos that pack a sweaty punch into under 20 minutes

This is my day three! I was in a major depression over the last few months and I gained near 40lbs. Also, today my boyfriend of 15 years broke up with me. I started doing these workouts almost a month ago now! I’m down 7 pounds! I just burned 148 calories in 15 minutes. I am addicted to these now. I try to do at least 2 a day. One in the morning and one after dinner. It is better to do 15 minutes than no movement at all! ❤❤❤

So guys, I was seriously not in the mood because of lonnnng days, but I pulled up our Jo, and the first video says, "Are you running on 10%, oooo mannn that was me😂. I pushed and did what she said and found myself coming to this video to do more.. I love you, Jo. That was great. Short and sweet.❤🎉

I’ve done this routine many times. I love her workouts. I’ve never had sore muscles doing them. That puts me off continuing workouts. That and having to lie on the floor and doing weird postures. You rule, girl.
