This no-talking gentle walking workout is great for bringing back memories from the 50's, 60's, 70's and even 80's. Listening to Kurt Davies' voice will make the workout fly by. Today is 10 minutes of walking, and ending with 5 minutes of a combination of balance, ab work and flexibility exercises. Total steps today is 1176.

Hello, I recognize myself in all the laudatory comments. With my 124 kg for 1.72 m, 60 years old and a lot of osteoarthritis pain, I could hardly walk. I started your program 1 month ago and from 5 minutes, I am already at 10 minutes: double in just one month! and thanks to you! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I do a session every morning, level 1 and in September, I will add a session at the end of the day. I saw my doctor today. She walked into the room carrying her laptop (no more prescription pads or files) and asked me what I've been doing because I've lost weight and brought my A1C (test for fasting blood sugar) down to normal limits. When I told her about your exercise programs, she immediately brought up your site. She was very happy with my results and said that she will start recommending your program to other patients. I was never into exercise, but I enjoy your videos so much and do one or two every day. So, a big thank you to you for all your hard work and time spent helping people improve their health.

I'll be 40 this year, am obese, and suffer from chronic pain. I haven't been moving because of the pain which makes me hurt more when I do move. I felt trapped. Until I saw your video. All the other videos were too fast for me to keep up which was very discouraging but this one is a game-changer. I have to do it in 5-minute increments to start out but I know soon I'll be able to get through the entire video. My endgame is to run one sweet day. Thank you for these videos as they give me hope that as long as I am willing to start somewhere change is possible. Be Blessed!

Just did this workout, and I enjoyed it. Nice music, and I appreciate the no talking. I am 45 F, overweight and have been dealing with chronic pain for years. "Senior Workouts" were about the only thing I could do eventually. Finally this year hit the right therapist who did a 3 month intensive for my shoulder, I willingly underwent surgery for ankle (artrodesis and osteotomy). Am stable enough that I am now trying a few gentle workouts again. It was a good challenge...thankfully the last few minutes were seated otherwise I'd have stopped early. But I was sweating and breathing harder by the end. So, just a thank you for your content--from a non senior citizen.

Bravo to Kurt! Love these oldies...I sang almost all of them!

No chance for a morning's walkabout today, so I spent 30 minutes cleaning out a couple of cupboards, up and down a step stool, and finished up with this one for a little bit of body movement and stretching!

I spent almost 4 hours out in the hot Texas sun today. I wanted a gentle workout for this afternoon and this one was perfect. I was lip syncing along with the songs and it didn't feel like 15 minutes. Loved it!!

Oh my! I forgot this one had Jurt in it, too!!! I think we haven’t done this one because we’ve been skipping the gentler workouts. Funny, it didn’t feel gentle tonight…. Guess I’m tired from the day. Anyway, I sure enjoyed hearing more of Kurt!!!

Just the right workout when you don't really feel like doing anything (because you've been in the pool all day with your little son, for example). The great music puts you in a good mood, and at the end you're glad to have done at least something. Thanks, Jules!

I'm 49 year old, weight last Tues when I started my journey was 24st 2. I've managed 5 mins of this workout and had to stop for a break, I'm so embarrassed, but also so impressed as it's a small step I'm taking and I know it'll lead to a much better me xx

Yes Jules, it's really me! I started this workout with mixed feelings - happy to be exercising again, and sad that this is so different from before. Then I read some of the comments below and realized I should be happy to do any exercise at all, and began to change my perspective.
