This workout uses dumbbells. Here is where you can get my preferred brands:

Strengthen and define your muscles with this 30-minute full-body low impact cardio and strength workout with weights. This video uses compound weight training moves (aka strengthening exercises where you're using more than one muscle group at the same time) for an effective, functional full-body routine. It's what I call a "get the best bang for your buck" workout - we will make every second of your time count so you get the results you want. In this 30 minute workout expect to:

✅ Build lean muscles 💪
✅ Boost your metabolism (because more lean muscle mass on your body = more calorie burn during exercise AND rest!)
✅ Gain functional fitness (taking the stairs or picking up heavy grocery bags won't feel as tough)
✅ Reduce injury risk (stronger glutes + core muscles = better movement patterns and fewer chances for aches and pains).
✅ Enhance performance in sport and life (greater strength and improved movement patterns = you hitting PR's and feeling your best in daily life)

You can absolutely still do the workout without equipment. It's open to ALL. But to really get the most effective use of your time, I highly encourage you to invest in these affordable pieces of home exercise equipment. They will dramatically impact your results and your life!

Heart rate up in New Hampshire as I sweated through this workout. Made it all the way through to the 2nd set of core. tried to modify those by standing. I'm going to watch your standing abs again and see if I can use those in this place. Love your videos! Please keep them coming! Temps here were all the way in the 50's today. So beautiful!

Hello from Chilliwack in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. We live on the west coast so we have some of the most mild weather in Canada; however, we don't get much sun with rain for what feels like 360 days a year (very similar to Seattle, and the rain is not quite that bad - lol). And yes Americano all the way - or a latte with oat milk depending on the mood :). I have been watching your channel for quite a few years, came across it about 6 years ago when I sprained my ankle and needed some sore foot work outs. I too did many years of ballet and love how you talk about your dance training! I still dance - heels training - which combined with my desk job does a number on my hips. I do a lot of your hip strengthening workouts on a regular basis - also LOVE LOVE LOVE your barre workout. This was a great work out today - thank you for having some more weight work outs. I know I will feel every muscle in my body tomorrow! This has been added to my playlist to repeat for sure. I always say at least I have a reason for feeling sore :). Thank you so much for your content :)
