DAY 3 Completed! I know I am slow and most of you are on DAY 5 already but hey I will catch up with you guys one day closer and I will not give up! Today I am so proud of myself that I didn't take any break at all! When I was really really tired I slowed down or did it smaller but I never stopped and I am so happy that I was able to accomplished that! Okay Team and Anna, see you on DAY 4!

Made it through Day 3. Was almost uncertain that I would when the final move was burpee - tuck jumps, but I did it. Burned 347 calories with this workout. Made a couple modifications and had to rest a little longer than 10 seconds, sometimes. Once again, thanks, Anna. Going to push it all the way to day 28.

Burpees- okay. Tuck jumps- well okay let's do this. And than tuck jump burpees- 🥵 It's that kinda love-hate-relationship 😅 Muscle are sore from Day 2 but I did it! Thanks
