I stopped working out about 1.5 months back because i was in a really toxic relationship and didn't get time to focus on myself. FINALLY I AM BACK!!! i got dumped which did hurt but i am so much better now. I can finally focus on myself and do what i love! SO HAPPY TO BE BACK!💞💓💕

I know that this video is an year old. I've been going through a lot emotionally, but this workout along with anna helped me to finally start to take care of myself. This was intense. I had to alter, take breaks and slow down at times. But this workout truly made me so much more better emotionally. This is a reminder to everyone struggling, YOU ARE ENOUGH AND AWESOME. This looks so fun, I can definitely do this. I’m so tired of doing laying down ab workouts plus I tend to get dizzy quickly when doing on ground workouts so maybe this will change it.

I've been practicing your videos since November 2020, when I started workout after the birth of my son. One year and it´s part of my every day and my all life!. I am sick right now and it´s the biggest pause since November - five days without these great exercises, music and positives vibes. I am so sad but I looking forward to this video!
