Thank you so much for this workout. I’ve had to stop at 9 mins to catch my breath and write this comment. My boyfriend broke up with me a few hours ago. I spent the hours crying until I realised crying is not what I want to do even if I can’t help it so I searched up a workout and yours was the first to pop up and thank you so much. I felt so happy doing it and it’s really making me feel better!!❤❤❤ all my love

There was a time when it took me 3 hrs to do this workout because I couldn't do it without taking breaks in between but now I can do it all in one go. Thanks Anna for motivating us. Anybody who is struggling. Just take the first and be consistent. It takes time but once you get the hang of it it's so much fun

Hey Growingannanas, I really love your workouts and I am always looking forward when a new workout is posted as I can't wait to do the next. However, there is one thing, I really want to point out as it bothers me for quite some time: I have the feeling that such "Full Body" workouts consists to at least 75% of squats and lunges. when doing an exercise I know exactly that the next would be any kind of squat or lunge variation. it frustrates me. I don't have anything particular against squats and lunges, it's just that I wish for some more variation especially in a "Full Body" workout.

Happy new year!
I really enjoy your workout, but today I was totally out of my rhythm, because I had to watch three ad blocks during the training. Would be great if you move these to the beginning or end of training to ensure that I can focus on the training itself. Thank you!

I am a newbie and this year I wanted to feel good about myself and start working out and I only did half the video since I don’t want to pressure my muscles to much but it was such a good workout through half of it thank you so much!! I can’t wait to use your things to help my grow!
