Just did this workout and i'm sweating like crazy, I'm 19 years old and I weigh 92kg. I want to reach 80kg. I'll do this every day. And give a weekly update.
Week 1: 92kg
Week 2: 89kg

I run every day for 25 to 30 minutes, but I don't feel as worn out as I do in this workout. Wow!! Congratulations!

First day of the 28 day challenge and feeling good. My legs are hard as a rock! I have been trying to hit a personal goal for over a month but nothing has been working. I think this just what I need to motivate myself and hey if I win the challenge I can invest in some new workout clothes that can match my goal physique!

I originally chose this workout because it matched my mood today. Wow 🤩 after finishing it, I’m in a much better mood. I must admitI it is deceptively challenging.
