I work in retail which means standing without being able to sit for anywhere between 8 to 12 hours 5 to 6 days a week. These stretches SAVED me from the hip and @$$ pain of the day. THANK YOU!

i've been having lower hip/glute tension that''s been really painful for a long while. so i'm glad that when i gave this a go at 12am because the stiffness and pain was too much, it actually helped A LOT. gonna put it into my nightly routine

You hit the nail on the head! I am a professional dancer and I have injured the muscle from my glute down the back of my leg, I also have extremely tight hip flexors (noticed more in the past couple of years as injured one too!) This video was perfect, if I try and stretch without guidance I don't do enough and probably not the correct technique, so I just "needed someone to stretch with" and guide me! This routine has been a game changer. I have shared this video a dozen times or more. I average 3000 miles a year running for the last 10 years. I started this routine about three years ago. I don’t do it every single day. However, I am still a regular doer. I have noticed a huge difference in my hip mobility as well as my racing times. In the last two years, I’ve set PRs in every distance from the 5K to the 100 mile ultra.

ben dealing with bad runners knee and realsing I struggle with consistent relaxing after excercise. Appreciate the simplicity and real time stretching with the viewer, its more helpful than quickly showing

Really glad I tried this! I've been experiencing a lot of hip soreness and stiffness and pain in my legs from sitting crossed legged too much. 😅 I've tried self massage, and rolling out, which helped a little. But the biggest difference was after doing this routine! I think the amount of time spent in the stretches really helps. Thank you, I'll be doing this one daily for a bit. 🙌😁
