Follow along as we work our way through 10 different exercises hitting all angles of the glutes (Gluteus Maximus, Medius and Minimus).

This workout goes for 10 minutes | 5 minutes each side
30 seconds on each exercise | 30 second rest when we swap sides

1. Clams
2. Clams Feet Up
3. Leg Circles Forwards
4. Change Direction
5. 90 Degree Clams
6. 90 Degree Clams Kick Out
7. Hip Abduction
8. 45 Degrees
9. Hot Potato
10. Rectangle

BOOTY INFO: Muscles respond to progressive overload, but also important to include higher rep workouts, just like glute challenge workouts. This will increase muscular endurance which will help maintain muscle mass, burn calories and a leaner physique.

I'd always seen women doing these exercises and thought it was only for aesthetic reasons. turns out my weak side glutes are a major reason for tightness in my lower back and hip flexors, can't wait to try out this routine!

Girl. I have been doing side glute workouts on YouTube for a year, and nothing has kicked my ass (literally) like this one! Can't believe I only just found it. I also find myself liking your format a bit more compared to other fitness YouTubers: 1) I like the brick background. It's a nice change from the white wall and macramé - no hate to that aesthetic, it's just that every channel seems to use it, and I like the change! 2) Your music was appropriate with appropriate volume. It wasn't obnoxious. 3) You offered a counter pose at the end, which I appreciated. 4) A soothing voice/accent is always a plus when a part of my body feels like it's on fire. I really hope you get even more followers. Subscribed!

I have tried dozens of side booty workouts and NONE make my side glutes feel the way this workout does. I feel my deep side booty muscles working like never before. It’s amazing how these small but intense movements can have such an impact.

Hi Roxanne, I just wanted to day that I really really like these glute series! Ive been doing all kinds of excercise for the last five years including crossfit but I feel like your workouts are the first ones that really strengthen my hips.
