It's always a great time for a back, hips, and glutes stretch! All you need is a mat and 15 minutes to increase flexibility and muscle recovery!

The back, hips, and glutes can be areas of the body that get pretty tight from sitting and/or certain movement patterns we have. This stretch is going to help loosen those tight areas up! Stretching is so important to add to your fitness regimen for a well-rounded training plan!

This back, hips, and glutes stretch session is part of our FIT for YOU fifteen series! These FIT for YOU workouts are all short, spicy, and effective so even if you are short on time, your goals will still be in reach! Would love to see a lower and upper body stretch combined!!! I often do your 15 minute stretch, but an equal mix of upper and lower would be amazing! Love your videos, follow your stretches after every gym session 🫶

The stretch at 09:25 with knees on top of each other. I can't get anywhere near that and I thought I was quite flexible!! 😅 xx Thank you Kayleigh for a great stretch session 💕

I love your videos. I kept damaging my shoulder and hip and ankle from running and doing my weights and one day I thought maybe stretching does really help. So I watched so many and most people seem boring or make it seem boring and with my adhd I need someone that makes me smile abs feel relaxed but not so much I fall asleep and your quirky and fun. I knew I'd be using ur videos everyday when you said '...yay, I'm normal!' I love that. Your fun to stretch with. It's desert time for me now. See u in a minute
